Glossy Leather Care — From manual exports to full marketplace operations
Glossy Leather Care, a Dutch premium leather care brand, already sold through their own webshop but wanted to expand into European marketplaces. Their product data was spread across Excel sheets, with different marketplace requirements for translations, EANs and categorization.
The Challenge
Each marketplace requires different fields, different translations, different pricing structures. Manually maintaining this cost two employees 8 hours each per week — per marketplace. Errors in EANs, categories and prices led to rejected listings and lost revenue.
The Solution
With MarketplaceConnect, Glossy Leather Care went live within 6 weeks. CSV import connected their existing product data. The schema engine showed which fields were required per marketplace. The mapping matrix matched source fields with marketplace fields. AI suggested translations and categorization — approved by human review.
